QC Holdings (Pty) Ltd. has been in existence for over 10 years and counting. We have assisted top
players in the industry and still going. Our core business service is to harmonize organizations with quality and compliance in the electro technical engineering industry with focus on the compulsory specifications.
We specialize in assisting businesses with safety and consumer protection through the enforcement of compliance to safety specifications.
We use accredited testing facilities for product safety and quality testing which is in-line with
International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) standard, South African National Standards (SANS)
and European Standards (EN) Standards – where permissible.
We are inspired and motivated by the lack of compliance in thousands and thousands of products that
are freely available in our markets. We realize a gap and the need for compliance education and
enforcement as a lot of importers and manufacturers lack guidance when it comes to compliance
specifications. That is where QCH comes in!

We have extensive experience of over 10 years in the compliance business. We know what we are doing! We specialize in luminaires, transformers, explosive prevention techniques, household appliances, IT, cables, Transportable Motor-operated tools, to name a few. Mostly, but not limited to, product and apparatus regulated under VC8055. Our Services:
Our consulting scope of service range from the products regulated by NRCS under VC8055, VC9087 & by ICASA under EMC, RF and Safety directives.
• We evaluate and prepare products for testing against the required compulsory specification.
• Once the product has been tested by the accredited laboratory and compliance reached,
• We finally submit and handle the (LOA) Letter of Authority and ICASA Type Approval
application until its approved and certificate issued.
